Khonsa, Feb 10:  DHO-cum-District Level Master Trainer Henrik Basar today imparted detailed election training at Tennis Hall, Khonsa. Besides PPT, hands-on training on handling of VVPAT, EVM and Control Unit, voting procedure was also shown to them after mock poll.
In his welcome address ERO, EAC Hakresha Kri, said that this is the 2nd phase election training programme conducted in the district, adding that government employees entrusted to play the roles of presiding officers / polling officers will have to be very careful during training and conduct the ensuing election in a befitting manner by taking proper care of election materials including VVPAT, EVM and Control Unit during the election days.
The election training programme was attended by all government employees from Tirap District. DIPRO
