Shivashankara, IAS has been deployed by the ECI in Tirap District w.e.f March 25 to May 23 as Election Observer for the Assembly constituencies of 54 Namsang (ST), 55 Khonsa East (ST), 56 Khonsa West (ST), 57 Borduria Bogapani (ST) and part of Parliamentary (2-East Arunachal) Constituency falling under Tirap district.
