PASIGHAT, Jan 29: A bicycle rally with the aim of spreading the message of ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’ was organised today here at Ranaghat by Project Brahmank of Border Roads Organization. The rally was flagged off by Chief Engineer Project Brahmank RK Dhiman, VSM and was participated by the officers and personnel of GREF (BRO) and civilians. DIPRO
