YUPIA,  Oct 1: Papum Pare Deputy Commissioner Pige Ligu launched e-Service (Service Plus) -a digital platform for service delivery here at Yupia today in a small function at NIC Yupia. DC asked all administrative officers to get themselves well acquainted with functioning of  Service Plus for smooth delivery of service to public.  DIO Yupia explained the features and functioning of portal. Through e-service any citizen can log intoveservice.arunachal.gov.in and apply online for STs, PRCs, Income Certificates, Marriage Certificates etc from  Jan Suvidha Centres of DC office or from any where through  internet.
