Khonsa, Dec 19: District Transport Office, Khonsa upgraded their driving licence issuance procedure to SARATHI 4.0 Online System which was formally launched today by ADC Khonsa Jalash Pertin here in presence of District Transport Officer (DTO) Aman K. Wangsaham and District Informatics Officer (DIO) Rakesh Das.
SARATHI is a flagship e-Governance project of the Ministry of Transport and Highways, GoI and its mission is to automate the process of issuing Learner’s Licence, Driving Licence, Conductor Licence, Driving School Licence, NOC etc. ADC appreciated the DIO and DTO for their efforts in the shifting exercise to online system which would benefit the licence applicants of the district.
One Driving and two Learner’s Licences were also distributed by the ADC on the occasion. DIPRO
