ITANAGAR, Dec 23: To bring out the creativity hidden in children, the Child Welfare Committee (CWC), Itanagar Capital Complex (ICC) supported by Singcha Ghene Welfare Society (SGWS) organised a drawing competition for the children of Child Care Institute (CCI), Children Home, Oju Welfare Association (OWA) on Saturday. The children presented entertainment items and several recreational activities were also carried out during the day-long programme.
Chairperson Kani Nada Maling encouraged the children and thanked the Superintendent of CCI J Tangjang and his team for arranging the programme.  
Kani Nada Maling and Oyam Binggep, Member, CWC, ICC respectively handed over prizes to the winners of drawing competition.
