PASIGHAT, Jan 28: The Department of Tourism has adopted Ledum, which has the tag of being the cleanest village of East Siang district to promote it as Model Tourism village.
District Tourism Officer, Tate Tatak while addressing the stakeholders and resources persons, explained the aims and objectives of the ‘Adopt a Village’ programme and appreciated the local committee members, village authority and common public for making Ledum a plastic-free village.   He urged all to continue the Swachhta Abhiyan programme on regular basis to keep the village clean.
