Itanagar, Oct 11: Four NCC cadets of capital’s Dera Natung Government College under 1AP Battalion represented Arunachal Pradesh and Northeast region at “Thal Sainik Camp” for the first time which was held in New Delhi from September 15-28 last.
DNGC Principal Dr. N.T. Rikam today welcomed the cadets Konchan Machey BA Vth Sem. (English Major), Nanu Hingbo BA Vth Sem. (English Major), Mohd. Raja, BA Vth Sem (Education Major) and Aka Bopi B. Com IIIrd Sem and congratulated them for successfully completing the camp and making the college and state proud. Principal also congratulated NCC State Awardee Cadets Yania Maga BA Vth Sem. (Education Major), Debnath BA Vth Sem. (Education Major) and Konchan Machey BA Vth Sem. (English Major) for receiving cash award of Rs. 10,000 each from the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh at State Legislative Assembly on September 25 last.
