YINGKIONG, Dec 8: District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Upper Siang conducted Lok Adalat at District Court Building wherein several pre- litigation cases and criminal compoundable cases were taken up.  Mary Kamsi, Secy, DLSA (JMFC-cum-Civil Judge) Upper Siang District, was present as chairperson and Adv. Dubom Tekseng and Mekem Nopi were also present as Member, Lok Adalat during the proceedings.
