PANGIN, Sep 11: A coordination meeting of all HoDs and administrative officers of the district was convened today under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Rajeev Takuk. The meeting was attended by SP Siang Kushal Pal Singh, HoDs, officers from various departments including works departments and all officers of the district. The objective of the meeting was to review the overall functioning of the departments in the district and also to review various works being undertaken by all the departments including implementation of various flagship programmes and schemes.

 

Addressing the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner urged all stakeholders to sincerely and dedicatedly discharge their duties and responsibilities. Advising admin officers to be proactive, he urged them to take initiative in their respective jurisdiction for implementation of laws and maintenance of order without waiting for specific direction in that regard.

 

 He sought details on the activities being undertaken by each department. Seeking details on flagship programmes and schemes being implemented by the concerned department, he also reviewed the progress achieved till date. Further, he directed all concerned HoDs and officers to furnish a comprehensive report including the status, target, and achievement on the schemes being implemented by their respective departments.
