Changlang, May 12: Kime Kaming, DIGP(TCL) held an interaction meeting with HoDs of Changlang at DC office in presence of Deputy Commissioner Changlang Devansh Yadav and Superintendent of Police Changlang Mihin Gambo. 
The DIGP (TCL) while interacting with civil officers highlighted that district police along with all the security agencies operating in the district are working very hard in national interest to maintain peace and tranquility in the region to accelerate the pace of development for public welfare. He also exhorted all the officers present in the meeting to maintain a cordial relation with police and security forces for better security. 
Earlier on the day, the DIGP(TCL) had inspected the Namdang check gate and interacted with the frontline workers of health, police and magistrate on duty. He appreciated the hardwork being done by all the frontline workers day and night to keep the COVID-19 pandemic free from state.  
Further, DIGP (TCL) also had a meeting with police officers at SP office Changlang and briefed all the uniformed force to maintain professionalism while discharging own responsibility. He also directed all police officers to deal firmly against the drug traffickers to contain the drug menace. Further, he requested every policeman to maintain personal hygiene and good health to serve society more efficiently at this critical time.
The DIGP (TCL) also visited HQ 9th Assam Rifles at Changlang where he had a detailed meeting with CO 9 AR and Company Commander CRPF Changlang. During interaction with security forces insurgency related issues were discussed to contain the UG activities in the region. DIPRO
