Itanagar, Jul 14: To review the performance of all programmes under the newly created District Health Society, Itanagar Capital Complex, a monitoring team from the District Health Society, ICC visited SC-Borum under Naharlagun, SC-Nirjuli, UPHC-Karsingsa, SC-PTC Banderdewa and SC Pichola & Durpang under Banderdewa block on July 13 last.
District Medical Officer, ICC Dr. Mandip Perme who led the team interacted with healthcare providers and urged them to be diligent and regular in duties. He also suggested MO I/C to make UPHC Karsingsa a functional delivery point and place their requirements that will improve MCH service delivery. He also interacted with HWOs and ANMs for the improvement of community based healthcare services like UHNDs, VHNDs and PBS etc.
The monitoring team will also make similar visits to Itanagar and Chimpu blocks. DIPRO
