SAGALEE, Oct 30: A one day Free Multi-Speciality Health Camp was organised today by District Health Society (DHS), Papum Pare under the aegis of Mukhiya Mantri Rogi Kalyan Kosh (MMRK) here at the CHC.
The camp was inaugurated by local MLA and former Chief Minister Nabam Tuki in presence of ADC Sagalee, DMO Papum Pare, SDO Mengio, Medical Officer In-Charge Sagalee, specialist doctors from TRIHMS, DHS, CHC staff and general public. Tuki while lauding DHS for organising the camp said that it will facilitate easy access to healthcare by the people, besides helping in sensitizing them about important health issues and assured full cooperation from his end in this regard. DMO Papum Pare Dr. Subu Tasso Kampu appealed people to avail the multi-speciality health care facilities provided during the camp.
More than 500 people registered for various health check-ups and availed facilities. DIPRO
