YUPIA, Mar 25: A condolence meeting was conducted  at DC’s chamber today to condole the demise of District Horticulture Officer, Papum Pare District, Yupia, Late Chuku Kapa who passed away on March 24.
Deputy Commissioner Papum Pare Pige Ligu alongwith HoDs and administrative officers offered deep condolences to the bereaved family and  prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul.
 The Nyishi Agri Allied Extension Society (NAAES) also condoled the untimely demise of late Kapa.
Kapa was also joint Secretary of NAAES. He left behind his wife, two sons and two daughters. 
His sudden demise has created an irreparable loss for the Nyishi community in general and NAAES and family in particular. We, the members convey our heartfelt and deepest condolences to the bereaved family in this difficult hour and pray for the eternal peace of the departed soul, the society said in a statement.
