ITANAGAR, Jun 28: The Arunachal Youth Organization (AYO) on Friday sought the Chief Secretary's intervention regarding inordinate delay in completing the construction of the PMGSY road project from Chambang to Yangte.
In a complaint letter, while highlighting the plight of the people of the area due to bad road connectivity, it stated that the executing firm left construction work midway and more than 15km is still lying in pathetic condition.
It also alleged that more than 2 years have lapsed and the deadline to complete the work has expired but no action has been initiated against the firm.
