ITANAGAR, Sep 18:The Tayang Welfare Society Youth Wing has mourned the demise of Yangbiu Kaffa, who served in various interior border places as a PSG under Special Bureau (SB) Department of Home Affairs, Government of India since 1975 and who passed away on September 13 last. It further also requested the state government to provide aid to his children considering the service rendered by late Kaffa for the state.
