NAMSAI, Oct 29: Deputy Commissioner, Namsai, Dr Tapasya Raghav on Monday expressed concern over the dropping of key performance indicators (KPI) as set by Niti Aayog in the last few months especially in health sector in the district.
The DC attributed the main reason behind as inconsistent baseline data and poor performance of both the health and nutrition sector. She pointed this out while attending a two-day workshop on village health sanitation and nutrition day (VHSND) and routine immunization (RI) micro plan orientation workshop which commenced today at Arunachal University of Studies, Namsai.
She hoped that the workshop will go a long way in improving the performance and identifying the loopholes. She further urged all the participants to grab maximum benefits from the workshop. Dr Soreya Namchoom DMO, Dr Tope Yomcha DRCHO also spoke on the occasion.
