PANGIN, Nov 13: The Governing Body meeting of the District Agricultural Development Society on CM Krishi Samuh Yojana (CMKSY) and CM Sashakt Kisan Yojana (CMSKY) for Siang District was conducted here today under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Rajeev Takuk and attended by members namely DDA, DHO,  DAHVO,  ADTH,  EE WRD, DFDO, progressive farmers from the district etc. 
The chairman in his address stated that emphasis should be on scheme based action plan rather than finance based action plan. He urged all members to adopt a practical approach towards planning and focus on qualitative realization and not merely on financial targets. He directed for immediate registration of society and opening of bank account. Further he directed all concerned departments to immediately start preparation of preliminary estimates pertaining to their respective departments and to prepare the Annual Action Plan within 12 days. He also urged progressive farmers to set up Farmers Producers Organizations (FPOs) at the earliest and take active lead and initiative. 
The Deputy Director Agriculture, Baleng Mengu gave a presentation on CMSKY and CMKSY. 
The meeting was held successfully with active participation, constructive suggestions and feedbacks from all members present.
