ROING, Jan 22: The 36th district level monitoring committee meeting was held today to review the progress of various state and central schemes.
Deputy Commissioner Mitali Namchoom laid emphasis on the importance of information sharing with the administrative officers by the works executing departments. The information provided on scheme being implemented will aid in the monitoring process and also help in averting any problems that arises, she added.
She also directed the departments to maintain asset registers and start collating the data of the previous years.

She advised all to maintain proper records and incorporate the system in the work culture.

ADC Dambuk Rujjum Rakshap and SDO Kego Jilen reviewed the reports of all the departments. DPO Marto Dirchi reiterated and stressed on the importance and need to maintain asset registers. 
The meeting was attended by HoDs, BDOs and others.
