PANGIN, Jul 10:A meeting of all the administrative officers and head of departments of Siang district was today held at DC's conference hall, Pangin under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Rahul Singh to chalk out the plan for organising Jan Sunvai Sammelan in the district.

Stating that the motto of this programme was "Administration at your doorsteps", the DC stated that the main objective of holding this programme was to provide the public with all necessary services under one roof while also providing public grievance redressal camps. He stated that a schedule would be worked out for holding the programme at the headquarters and all the administrative circles while ensuring that the dates do not coincide so that officers and HoDs could also attend the same.

He directed all departments to ensure provision of all public utility and other services dealt by the concerned departments to the general public so that the people could really get benefits of the programme. He further directed the concerned departments and branches to showcase their best practices, set up kiosks, registration camps, etc.

All ADCs,  EACs, COs of the district, HoDs of all departments including works departments and Agriculture and allied departments and banks participated in the programme.
