Governor chairs high-level security review meeting
ITANAGAR, Mar 26:The Deputy Commissioner Itanagar Capital Complex Prince Dhawan urged upon the students to dream big in life and to follow their passion with sincerity and dedication. He was speaking at the Prachodaya Shivir, a ‘high achievers camp’ which began at VKV Itanagar on Saturday last, with participation of students from 19 VKVs from all across the state. All the high achievers from respective VKVs have been selected for the three day motivational camp.
The DC stressed upon the students to give their best to whatever they are good at. He also advised students to challenge situations and learn from every experience which will help them grow.
Highlighting the importance of education in a person’s life, Dhawan stressed that along with education one must also learn to be a moral and ethical human being. He also asked them to be disciplined and to respect their elders.
Acknowledging the contribution of the VKVs in the state, the DC urged upon the students to always acknowledge the contribution of their school, their teachers in their life as the school is the place where the roots of a student can be traced. He further urged them to do selfless work adding that when achievers become givers, society will definitely forge ahead.
The DC also showed a small video to motivate the students with the theme when you have to do something, do it in the best possible way.
Earlier, Principal VKV Itanagar, Rajendra Kakre threw light on the three-day High Achievers Camp.
