UA Minister inspects burial ground, focuses on maintenance and improvement
YINGKIONG, Jul 13:Deputy Commissioner, Duly Kamduk on Friday reviewed health criteria, progress and present status in the Upper Siang district with the officials of District Health Society, Yingkiong.
The DC urged the concerned Health officers to be prepared for achieving the target of all the ongoing programmes of the health department by next quarter meeting.
The DC also informed that a survey of three border blocks were already carried out as per letter received from the Ministry of Home Affairs regarding availability of basic facilities in health centers. In connection to that, he requested the District Medical Officer to ensure that all health centers are functioning smoothly and fill up all required manpower.
He also requested officers to prepare an action plan of basic requirement for health centers in the concerned Circles to be funded under Mukhya Mantri Rogi Kalyan Kosh by discussing with local administration.
Earlier healthcare professionals gave presentation regarding status of financial position, target and achievement of all programmes of the health department.
ADCs of various circle headquarters including, Deputy Director (ICDS), EE, PHED, attended the meeting.
