Hayuliang, MLA Dasanglu Pul in her recent visit to district headquarters Hawai inspected various ongoing development schemes and projects including the Hawai-Manchal Roads & Bridges, which is going to become one of the largest ongoing projects in the district with the potential to connect many of the unconnected villages at the left bank of river Lohit.

 

Pul who was accompanied by ZPC, H Tawsik, ASM, C Khamblai AE, PWD, and Tasso Tatung along with PRI members on the spot has expressed concern over slow pace of work and asked the executing agency to ensure timely completion of the project without compromising on the quality.

Also expressing unhappiness over the negligence of the contractors executing few bridges under Hawai-Manchal road project, due which the entire project is getting delayed, Pul cautioned the contractors to strictly adhere  to quality work.

She also urged the local people to cooperate with the department and the contractor for timely execution of the projects.

The team also inspected the ongoing construction of Higher Secondary School at Hawai, being funded under NLCPR. Subsequent inspections were carried out at the construction site of JNV under DUDA and TFC works under PWD.
