PASIGHAT, Oct 14: In accordance with the Smart city vision, the East Siang district administration has decided to regulate unregulated parking in Pasighat town.
In a meeting held recently under the Chairmanship of the Deputy Commissioner, a decision was passed to address the traffic related problems in the township. “I have already directed the concern officials of traffic department and the municipality to act suitably so as to regulate the traffic chaos”, said DC Tamiyo Tatak this evening. Accordingly movement of vehicles inside the market will also be regulated properly by shifting the parking lot to the vicinity of the town.
Meanwhile, the administration has also taken serious note of the presence of many deranged persons in Pasighat township and has decided to deport them to Assam.
