ROING, May 18:  The District Administration, Lower Dibang Valley, in an effort to check the inflow of illegal immigrants, has intensified ILP checking in various parts of the district. 

 

An ILP checking drive was conducted at Parbuk and 17 persons without ILP were traced out. These people were deported beyond Shantipur check gate by the administration and OC Shantipur Inspector M Koyu.

 

An ILP checking drive was also conducted at Roing on May 15 last and 4 persons without ILPs were deported outside the district.
