ITANAGAR, Apr 17: Responding to numerous complaints that the jingles played in the sanitation vehicles during early morning hours are tuned into maximum audibility and thereby causing public nuisance and disturbances, the I/c Deputy Commissioner Itanagar Capital Complex Talom Dupak has directed the concerned NGOs/ SHGs of Itanagar Municipal Council to play jingles at minimum audibility in order to avoid inconvenience
