AALO, Apr 4:It is quite remarkable that festivals and festivities in this Himalayan state are at their usual best and has not dwindled in the name of development and modernity, said Minister of State for Home Kiren Rijiju, while attending the third day of the cultural festivity organized by CMCC at Gumin Kiin today. 

He also spelt out at length on various developmental works running into more than hundred crores from various pools of resources at Aalo town and its vicinity and appealed all section of people to keep faith in the government.
The MOS is attending Golden Jubilee Celebration of Mopin at Kamba on Thursday and other celebrations at Tirbin and Baririjo.

Secretary, Permanent Mopin Preservation Committee, Tumto Ete, also stressed on various measures taken by the Committee to preserve and promote age old culture.
