ITANAGAR, May 10:The All Arunachal Contractor’s Welfare Association (AACWA) urged Chief Secretary to issue necessary instruction to concern PWD department including contractors to expedite the ongoing repairing and maintenance of the Chimpu-Itanagar –Jully Road.

It also urged the CS to direct the commissioner PWD to ensure superior quality citing that every year Crores of funds are sanctioned against the said road but after construction it never withstands the Monsoon season.
