DCM reviews hydropower projects to strengthen state energy roadmap
ITANAGAR, Feb 7: Alleging that many concern departments are not complying with the rules and codal formalities under CPWD norms, the Arunachal Anti Corruption Sena (AACS) has urged the Chief Secretary to pass strong instructions to all concern departments to maintain the CPWD guidelines strictly.
Claiming that most of the work under State Annual Development Agenda (SADA) and Revise Estimate (RE) are guilty of this violation, it said that it amounts to gross mismanagement and siphoning of public funds.
It also demanded for compulsory e-tender or NIT for all works under RIDF, SIDF, RE and SADA/AOP etc in order to maintain transparency and quality of work.
