DAPORIJO, Jan 23: The 138 Bn of CRPF stationed here distributed and installed six LED solar street light systems for the benefit of local people as a part of its Civic Action Programme.
Commandant 138 Bn CRPF Paras Nath handed over the utilities in presence of DC K. Danggen, SP Taru Gusar, Market President Nyaluk Doni and officials of CRPF. DC appreciated the CRPF for their community services and urged people to cooperate with the police and CRPF in maintaining law and order.
CRPF Commandant in his address reiterated it had always been their endeavour to organise such programmes regularly to provide basic amenities to the needy people.
