ZIRO, Feb 14: 138 Bn, CRPF today organized a Civic Action Programme here at Hapoli in Lower Subansiri district.
As a part of it, 69 dustbins were distributed to the needy families of the remote localities of the area. Commandant of 138 Bn, CRPF Parash Nath, EAC of Hapoli Ziro Tame Yajum, Deputy Superintendent of Police Takir Zing, Sarapanch of Hapoli-Ziro Yachang Tacho and officers of the battalion were present on the occasion. Commandant 138 Bn informed that CRPF is always ready to help the needy people through its civic action programmes and anybody can approach them in this regard without hesitation.
EAC & DSP thanked the Commandant and the paramilitary organisation for their people-centric welfare activities.
