Roing, Jul 8: The lone remaining COVID-19 positive patient of Lower Dibang Valley district has recovered and was discharged from the BRTF Covid Care Centre, Roing after two consecutive negative tests. 
The district has no COVID positive cases after the recovery and release of the patient. DIPRO
