ITANAGAR, Nov 3: Sending out a strong message, the Confederation of Service Association of Arunachal Pradesh (CoSAAP) has threatened to resume its indefinite Non-Cooperation Movement from November 19 next.
However, CoSAAP has deferred its schedule 3rd phase of Indefinite Non-Cooperation Movement supposed to be held from November 8 next. In its press statement, CoSAAP informed that during its Governing Body Meeting held on November 3 at Itanagar, members have unanimously decided to continue the demand for withdrawal of government order to deduct one day salary and punitive order , grant Tough Location Allowances and House Rent allowances as per the 7th CPC .The other demands which are already under submission remain sustained for future discussion and consideration , stated the release.
