ITANAGAR, May 7: Reiterating its demand, Confederation of Service Association of Arunachal Pradesh (CoSAAP) has urged the state government for immediate implementation of revised allowances as per the recommendation of 7th Central Pay Commission, restoration of All India Medical Attendance Rules etc.
Addressing reporters at press club today, President CoSAAP, Patey Marik said the state government has implemented the basic pay as recommended by 7th Central Pay Commission partially whereas revised allowances like Non–practicing allowances for Doctors, House Rent Allowances (HRA), Children Education Allowances are still pending for the state government employees but same has been granted for the All India Service Officers.
‘Instead of implementing the allowances, government has constituted another committee under the chairmanship of Development Commissioner Finance & Planning whereas the same issue has been already examined and report has been submitted by a committee headed by Director, Accounts & Pension, Abdul Basit,’ Marik said.
Demanding implementation of reports submitted by the committee headed by Abdul Basit, the CoSAAP President also appealed the state government to immediately implement All India Medical Attendance Rules and timely conduction of DPC .
