ITANAGAR, Dec 10: The Confederation of Service Associations of Arunachal Pradesh (CoSAAP) has mourned the demise of Bengia Chapo, Joint Secretary, Legislative Assembly Secretariat, who passed away on Sunday.
Late Chapo was a very active member of CoSAAP and a sincere and dedicated officer. His untimely demise is a big loss to the employees’ fraternity of the state and has created huge vacuum in society which cannot be filled soon, it said while appealing the state government to render immediate help to the bereaved family as per rules.
CoSAAP President and Secretary General, Pate Marik and Gonya Riba on behalf of employees’ fraternity visited the bereaved family and offered their condolence.
