ITANAGAR, Nov 29: The Confederation of Service Association of Arunachal Pradesh (CoSAAP) congratulated Chief Engineer, PWD, and Highways Er. Toli Basar on being elected as President of Indian Roads Congress in its 79th IRC Annual Session held at Nagpur recently.
“The feat achieved by Er. Toli Basar as Chief of the IRC in the national level is a proud moment for the State Government employees in particular the engineering fraternity of the state,” the CoSAAP stated.
Meanwhile, CoSAAP appealed the State Government to provide all necessary fund, machinery and manpower to the Highway Division of PWD for timely completion of Highway projects in the state. In the meantime, it requested Basar to take full advantage of being the Chief of Indian Roads Congress in completing State Highway projects by influencing the latest technology know-how in the field of engineering.
