3rd Bharat Lok Sangeet Arunachal Utsav connects with youth
ITANAGAR, Nov 6: The Confederation of Service Associations of Arunachal Pradesh (CoSAAP) has vehemently condemned the act of Arunachal Scouts personnel at Bomdila, the district headquarters of West Kameng on November 2 and 3 where the indisciplined personnel crossed all limits destroying public properties and manhandling the district administration authorities and police personnel.
A protest rally of several organizations which include students, CBOs and general public was organized at Bomdila on November 5 against the barbaric act of Arunachal Scout. CoSAAP district unit led by its President Tasso Guro and General Secretary Johny Miji along with hundreds of state government employees took part in the rally and the same was fully endorsed by CEC, CoSAAP.
CoSAAP being the apex organization of the state government employees, placed following demands to the state government for immediate actions and remedial measures: To institute inquiry committee to be headed by Secretary to Govt. of A.P. level or DIGP; To book the Scout personnel who were responsible for such barbaric incident and draw strict line of action to be maintained by Arunachal Scout personnel wherever they may be.
