KHONSA, Apr 23:  A coordination meeting of Head of the Departments on “Gram Swaraj Abhiyaan” was conducted here today under the chairmanship of DC Tirap, PN Thungon in presence of Assistant Director General, UIDAI, Sunil Agarwal, and Under Secretary (MHA) cum Nodal Officer Sitaram Gupta.

While welcoming the two Nodal Officers, the DC assured them of all the help required from the District Administration. He also directed the concerned department to accompany the nodal officers to the villages. Weeklong programme till May 2 next has also been chalked out for the nodal officers to visit all the 24 selected villages.

Speaking on the occasion,  ADG(UIDAI)Sunil Agarwal briefed  on various  schemes and also  urged all the concerned departments to make sure to disseminate all the important information regarding flagship programmes to the villagers and the beneficiaries.
