YUPIA, Mar 15: A coordination meeting with all Head of Departments including BDOs was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Tai Kaye today to discuss about the ongoing flagship programmes of the Govt of India and status of Aadhaar card enrolment of officers, staff and beneficiaries in Papum Pare District.

Informing the house that PMO is strictly monitoring the achievement and progress of implementation of all flagship programmes and other developmental schemes, the DC requested all the HoDs to submit the status of ongoing schemes, proposal for new, name of villages and its physical and financial achievement with proper documentation up to 31 March 2016.

Stressing for 100 percent enrolment of officers, staff and Govt schemes beneficiaries for Aadhaar card, DC asked the DSO Economics and Statistics who is nodal officer to immediately arrange the necessary machineries for Aadhaar enrolment in uncovered or left out beneficiaries and to constantly monitor Aadhaar enrolment process in the district to ensure its full coverage.

SP Tumme Amo who also present in the meeting informed that law and order situation is more or less peaceful and under control in the district and assured the head of departments that Police is always there to assist if there is any security problem.
