ITANAGAR, Oct 17: The All Arunachal Pradesh Government registered contractors organisation (AAPGRCO) on Wednesday has requested the government to strictly implement the CPWD enlistment Rule 2005 and CPWD Manual 2014 in all engineering departments. It also called for extending the re-validation of enlistment up to five years, enlistment of re-validation and late fees should be charged as per CPWD amendment rule 2005 and removal of re validation system from the enlistment rules in Toto.
