NAHARLAGUN, Mar 25: The All Arunachal Contractors’ Welfare Association (AACWA) has appealed the state government to extend the financial year 2019-20 beyond the usual March 31st deadline in view of the 21-day lockdown.
In a release issued on Wednesday, AACWA stated due to the total lockdown, mandatory financial matters could not be completed as all offices have been closed. The association has further appealed the state government to allow one from each family to make free movement to manage the daily chores and grocery shops, pharmacies and all emergency services be allowed to stay open especially in the urban pockets  of the districts.
