ITANAGAR, Feb 11: The All Arunachal Contractor’s Welfare Association (AACWA) in a release has requested the Arunachal Rural Road Development Agency (ARRDA) to follow the Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) Rules adopted by Assam Government wherein Bid Security is reduced up to 50% for Scheduled Tribe (ST) contractors. 
It claimed  that it becomes very difficult especially for new and small contractors to fulfill the prevailing  tender qualification requirements sought for many projects  in the state.
