PASIGHAT, Oct 24: The Consumer Right Organisation-India of East Siang District Unit here conducted a drive and awareness against illegal use of domestic/subsidised LPG cylinder in commercial purpose by business entities in Pasighat and across the district.
A team led by Maksup Yomso, President, CRO East Siang and General Secretary, Karsu Kakki conducted the drive and found 34 shops misusing the same. It further condemned the department concern for not checking such gross illegalities. 
Meanwhile, CRO-India, East Siang Unit has appealed to the Dy. Commissioner, Pasighat to keep tab on such illegalities and take action against the violating business establishments and also the concern agencies which sells subsidized LPG for commercial purposes.
