ITANAGAR, Dec 11: The Communicators appointed under the Arunachal Rising Campaign conducted sessions to brief students regarding the various state and central flagship programmes as a part of the campaign across schools in the Capital Complex today.  The Arunachal Rising campaign is an initiative of the State Government to disseminate information of all the major state and central flagship programmes at the grassroots level. The communicators have been appointed from the Secondary and Higher Secondary schools level and have been entrusted with the work of disseminating information to students who in turn can educate others.
