New Delhi, Jul 30: Arunachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly Speaker Pasang Dorjee Sona today called on the Speaker of Lok Sabha Om Birla here at his office and discussed various issues pertaining to State Legislative Assembly.
Sona while informing the Lok Sabha Speaker about the Commonwealth Parliamentarian Association (CPA) India Region Zone-III Conference which will be held later this year in Arunachal Pradesh, also requested him to attend the Conference as Chief Guest for which the latter gave his consent.
Sona also met the Secretary General of the Lok Sabha Snehlata Shrivastava and requested her to help in strengthening the State Assembly Secretariat and impart training to the newly elected MLAs. Secretary General assured all possible help to the Arunachal Speaker in this regard. Speaker Media Cell
