ITANAGAR, Nov 2: District Inclusion Demand Committee, Leporiang has submitted a memorandum to the Chief Secretary  demanding inclusion of Leopriang Circle to the newly create Pakke –Kessang District citing various problems including administrative and communication challenges. Currently Leporiang is under Papumpare district with at least 42 villages, stated a release.
