ZIRO, Mar 18: Chief Minister Pema Khandu today laid the foundation stone for Professional Courses Block of Saint Claret College.
The Chief Minister in his speech assured support of Rs 5 crores for completion of the block.
Responding to memorandum for release of commendation certificate awarded by state government to the college for services to higher education, the CM assured to get it released soon. He also assured to look into request for annual salary grant for its teacher.
The Chief Minister thanked the catholic mission for their yeoman service in education. He said the college is an asset not only of Ziro but for the whole state.
He advised the students to be focused on their goal and not be distracted by negativity. He also advised them to always remain positive.
The Chief Minister promised to visit the college again and expressed eagerness to have an interactive session with the students.
