ITANAGAR, Sep 23:Chief Minister Pema Khandu today greeted the people on the occasion of Kemeha festival, a harvest festival celebrated by the Mishmi community.
He extended his warm greetings and wished for happiness, prosperity and peace.
“The festival of Kemeha celebrates the happiness that comes with good harvest. It is an occasion to thank the Almighty for bestowing happiness to mankind,” said the Chief Minister.
