NAHARLAGUN, Feb 7: As per direction from the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Guwahati Bench, Manjula Das (Judical) and N Neihsial (Administration) will hold the Circuit Court at Itanagar on February 14 and 15.They will thus be extended state guest facility in the state, as per letter received from the Deputy Secretary (Law) and Director (Litigation), Itanagar.
