Indian Army conducts ‘Know Your Army’ outreach
Itanagar, Jan 23: The Arunachal Pradesh State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (APSCPCR) led by Member Ngurang Achung conducted awareness program on child rights at Govt. Upper Primary School, Damsite today.
Achung in his keynote address, emphasised the need to conduct such program at school as the children are the most vulnerable section of the society. He also highlighted the power and function of the Commission. Lakpha Pansa, UDC APSCPCR spoke on Good Touch, Bad Touch and Stranger Danger.
During the interaction with the students & the staff of the school, it was informed that the school lacked some of the basic facilities which the Commission has noted down and assured to take the matter to the concerned authority.
